Established in the early seventies as a commercial company, ORVIM became a manufacturer specialised in machining and treating processes of high performance composite laminates, later on, producing parts and components of plant, machinery and equipment, to be employed in mechanical, thermal, electrical and chemical applications.
ORVIM uses last generation numerical control tooling machines, in its production, and makes recourse to exclusive moving and holding equipment, purposely studied and developed for a very precise and accurate machining of technical, composite laminates.
Following customer specification and technical drawings, ORVIM manufactures parts and components with the closest tolerance obtainable in the field of composite laminates, and is therefore in a position of assuring the best possible precision in regard of dimensions, planarity, parallelism and of all of the usual machining specification.
The semifinished laminates, utilised by ORVIM as base material in its production, come in the form of boards, tubes and rods, and the finished parts machined out of them are employed as components of industrial plants, machineries and equipments, for mechanical, thermal, electrical and chemical applications of the most different nature and description.
