CNC Milling Machines

ORVIM is equipped with 3-axis CNC milling machines featuring an extraction system for composite materials and a working area up to 1600x4000 mm, ideal for large and high-precision components. The 5-axis CNC milling machine enables advanced machining to meet the most complex requirements.

CNC wet grinding machines

ORVIM uses CNC wet grinding machines to ensure the strictest dimensional tolerances. Components are ground with the highest precision, achieving parallelism and flatness of 0.02 mm across the entire surface.

CNC Calibrating machines

ORVIM is equipped with CNC calibrating machines that meet all calibration and sanding requirements, offering a wide range of technological solutions for highly customized component configurations.

ORVIM uses circular saws with tilting blades up to ±46° for precise cuts on panels and solid materials. The patented sliding carriage ensures consistent quality, while the “eye-S” touch console makes operation simple and intuitive.

CNC Lathe

ORVIM manufactures precision components on CNC lathes with machining capacity up to Ø 250 mm. The turning centers, equipped with driven tools and in-process measuring systems, achieve tolerances up to ±0.01 mm on composite materials and engineering plastics.

Wrapping and pultrusion

ORVIM supplies cylindrical or conical carbon fiber tubes produced by winding pre-preg layers on a mandrel. They are available with thicknesses starting from 0.1 mm and customizable fiber orientations to achieve specific performance and excellent aesthetics.
