ORVIM works with a wide range of composite materials, selected and processed according to the performance requirements of various technical applications. The main families of materials include:

  • Phenolic Resins + Paper or Cotton, with the possible addition of PTFE or MoS₂ to improve lubrication and reduce friction and sliding coefficients. Ideal for self-lubricating components.
  • Epoxy, Silicone, Polyester Resins + Glass Fiber, modified to enhance stiffness, dielectric insulation, and thermal resistance. Used in shielding, insulation, and protection systems for harsh environments.
  • Epoxy Resins + Carbon Fiber, for applications requiring high mechanical strength, low weight, and dimensional stability. Commonly used in sectors that demand high structural performance.
  • Phenolic and Epoxy Resins + Aramid Fiber (Kevlar), offering excellent impact resistance and lightness — ideal for aerospace and mechanical protection applications.
